SALES MANAGER 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Knitwear, Fashion, or Textile to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with international clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age 40–55 years old

  • 10+ years of experience in Knitwear, Fashion, or Textile

  • Strong experience in Sales and Business Development

  • Solid understanding of Knitwear products, materials, and production processes

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Japanese speaking ability is required

  • Experience working with international clients, especially in Japan, Europe, or Scandinavia, is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term business relationships

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for sales targets and business development

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our Knitwear Design & Production services

  • Identify and approach new international clients and brands

  • Develop new business opportunities in Japan, Europe, and Scandinavia

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Present our knitwear capabilities, products, and production services to potential clients

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities

  • Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated

  • Follow up on projects from initial inquiry through development and production

  • Monitor market trends and identify potential new clients and business opportunities

  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and business meetings when required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with real industry experience — someone who understands Knitwear beyond sales.

You should be confident speaking with international clients, understand materials and production, have an established network or the ability to build one, and know how to turn relationships into long-term business.

Knitwear experience + English + Japanese + strong sales skills are essential.
